Ellen H. Grover
Law Practice
Ellen Grover practices in the areas of land use, natural resources, indian, and energy facility siting law. Ellen has represented numerous clients involving complex Oregon land use issues. Her practice also focuses on advising the Confederated Tribes of the Warm Springs Reservation of Oregon on project development, implementation and regulatory matters concerning the protection of tribal cultural resources, natural resource regulatory programs and compliance, water resources management, and renewable energy, hydroelectric and energy infrastructure among others. For example, Ellen has successfully represented the Tribe in seeking and obtaining the necessary environmental permits and approvals for construction and operation of its proposed biomass generation project.
