Kyle Schmid
Professional Experience
Kyle joined Karnopp Petersen in 2007 after spending time as a solo practitioner representing individuals and small businesses. Prior to that Kyle worked in-house for David Evans and Associates, a large engineering firm, where his duties centered on contract administration. During law school, Kyle pursued an interest in environmental law by serving as the managing editor of the University of Montana's Public Lands and Resources Law Review and interning at the National Wildlife Federation's Northern Rockies Natural Resource Center in Missoula.
Professional and Community Activities
Kyle routinely donates his time to local non-profits that serve to protect and enhance the region’s environmental and recreational amenities.
Personal Interests
Kyle enjoys a number of recreational and cultural pursuits outside the office, and especially loves sharing those experiences with his wife, Corey, and son, Ben.
