Clinton Todd presented "Invention and Licensing Agreements - What Manufacturers Want and What You Need" on June 14th to Inventors NorthWest. The presentation was a primer for inventors on what manufacturers usually require for invention and/or licensing agreements and how to negotiate various portions of those agreements.
