Karnopp Petersen’s Ellen Grover Recognized as Accomplished Under 40
Ellen Grover, as partner in the Land Use, Tribal and Natural Resources & Water Law departments was recently honored by Cascade Business News for her professional and civic accomplishments.
Grover joined Karnopp
Petersen in 2005 and since then has represented numerous
clients involving complex Oregon land use issues. Her practice
also focuses on assisting the Confederated Tribes of the Warm
Springs Reservation of Oregon in renewable energy,
hydroelectric, energy infrastructure and other complex
development projects and on advising the Tribe on various
natural resource regulatory programs and compliance
matters.
In addition to her practice at Karnopp Petersen, Grover is
involved in several professional and community associations.
She is a member of the executive committee and secretary to the
Deschutes River Conservancy, a member of the executive
committee of the Oregon State Bar Environmental and Natural
Resources section, and is a member of the City Club of Central
Oregon as well as the World Affairs Council of Oregon.
