When Aaron Lafky, President of Mill Quarter Properties, had a vision to create an urban community with Central Oregon flair in Bend's hottest new area, he called the attorneys at Karnopp Petersen LLP. From structuring the transaction to negotiating and documenting financing arrangements, and developing agreements with architects and builders, our attorneys were there every step of the way.  Now that Mill Quarter is in its second phase and has received much local acclaim, including the Central Oregon Builders Association's Green Builder Award for 2006, Aaron Lafky and his team are busily working toward Phase III of the project. Four commercial buildings will round out this unique new site that is already the talk of the town.
