Jaret Y. Ogasawara
Professional Experience
Jaret joined Karnopp Petersen in 2007 after serving for a number of years as a judicial clerk for the Honorable Christopher J. Marshall in Multnomah County. Prior to that, Jaret worked on a pro bono basis for Legal Aid Services of Oregon, assisting in a multi-non-profit merger/reorganization. Jaret received his law degree and General Business Certificate in 2003 and earned an undergraduate degree in accounting.
Professional and Community Activities
Jaret is a member of the Business Law Section of the Oregon State Bar, the Oregon Minority Lawyers Association and the Professional Development Committee. Jaret has also donated time to the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Program and was a volunteer reader for SMART.
Personal Interests
In his free time, Jaret enjoys golfing, traveling, skiing, fly-fishing, and running.
